On April 4, 2024, officers responded to a restaurant after a woman was unable to pay her pizza bill. What begins as a relatively simple payment dispute quickly turns into a bizarre police encounter as she offers one explanation after another for why someone else will take care of the bill.
Atlas Ioka reacts to the bodycam footage as officers try to determine whether the bill is actually going to be paid. Between calls to family, ex-boyfriends, claims about her father and the NYPD, and increasingly unusual explanations, a routine restaurant dispute eventually ends in an arrest.
