After missing her flight, the woman becomes increasingly confused and confrontational as officers try to determine whether she can safely care for herself. At one point, she appears to believe the airport law enforcement are ICE agents. What begins as an attempt to help her eventually ends with an arrest and additional allegations of resisting.
