Police were called to a dentist's office after staff reported having problems with a disruptive patient who wanted documentation from her appointment.
At first, the solution seems simple: wait a few minutes for the office to prepare the paperwork.
Instead, a disagreement over when and where she should wait turns into an increasingly tense confrontation. Officers repeatedly try to explain her options, but the situation continues to escalate until the dental office decides it no longer wants her on the property.
Police issue a trespass warning and order her to leave. When officers eventually attempt to physically remove her from the business, the encounter turns into a struggle and she is taken into custody.
Through nearly every stage of the confrontation, she continues returning to the same point: she just wants her paperwork.
