A police traffic stop takes an unexpected turn when a driver pulls into a parking spot, gets out of her car, and starts walking away despite the officer repeatedly telling her to get back inside.
She insists she did nothing wrong and argues that it wasn't a traffic stop because she had already parked. But the officer says he initially stopped her for loud music and rolling through a red light.
Things escalate from there.
The officer notices what he believes are signs of impairment, including bloodshot and watery eyes, slurred speech, the smell of alcohol, and an open alcoholic drink inside the vehicle. After she declines field sobriety exercises, she is arrested for DUI in addition to resisting without violence.
A records check also reveals another problem: her driver's license is revoked.
